目的 探讨生长激素 (growth hormone,GH)、胰岛素样生长因子 (insulin- like growth factorI,IGF- I)水平与非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病 (noninsulin- dependent diabetes mellitus,NIDDM)患者糖尿病视网膜病变 (diabetic retinopathy,DR)的关系。 方法 用直接放射免疫法测定 6 1例无 DR的 NIDDM患者、77例单纯型 DR患者、48例增生型 DR患者以及 38例正常对照者的血清 GH和 IGF- 水平 ,用 t检验、F检验、相关分析等统计学方法分析各组间的测量值。 结果 糖尿病组 GH、IGF- 分别为 (1.6 5 9± 1.5 0 9)、(118.7± 5 2 .0 ) ng/ ml,明显高于正常对照组的 GH、IGF- [(0 .6 19± 0 .35 1)、(6 3.6± 30 .6 ) ng/ ml](P<0 .0 1) ;DR组 GH、IGF- 水平明显高于糖尿病无 DR组 (P<0 .0 1) ;增生型 DR组 GH、IGF- 分别为(2 .95 3± 1.6 48)、(15 9.2± 47.5 ) ng/ ml,明显高于单纯型 DR组的 GH、IGF- [(1.742± 1.5 2 3)、(12 3.6±40 .6 ) ng/ ml](P<0 .0 1)。DR严重程度与 GH、IGF- 水平呈正相关 (P<0 .0 1)。 结论 DR患者血清GH、IGF- 的水平与 DR的发生发展可能有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between growth hormone (GH), insulin-like growth factor (IGF-I) and diabetic retinopathy in noninsulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) DR) relationship. Methods Serum GH and IGF-1 levels were measured by direct radioimmunoassay in 61 non-DR NIDDM patients, 77 simple DR patients, 48 proliferative DR patients and 38 normal controls. The levels of serum GH and IGF- Correlation analysis and other statistical methods to analyze the measured values between groups. Results The levels of GH and IGF-1 in diabetic group were (1.6 59 ± 1.5 0 9) and (118.7 ± 5.2 2) ng / ml, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in normal control group .35 1), (3.6 ± 30.6) ng / ml] (P <0.01). The levels of GH and IGF-1 in DR group were significantly higher than those in DR group without diabetes (P <0.01) (2.953 ± 1.648) and (15 9.2 ± 47.5) ng / ml, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in simple DR group (P <0.05) (12 3.6 ± 40.6) ng / ml] (P <0.01). DR severity was positively correlated with GH and IGF-levels (P <0.01). Conclusion The levels of serum GH and IGF-1 in DR patients may be related to the occurrence and development of DR.
