本文提供了一个简单、快速测定烟草中来福灵的残留分析方法。样品经丙酮、石油醚混和液提取,石油醚萃取,经氟罗里硅土层析柱净化,气相色谱ECD检测,回收率为87.51%~97.79%,最低检出浓度为0.0014~0.007mg/kg。据1992、1993年来福灵在烟叶中消解动态试验表明:两年两地的降解曲线均呈指数型,施药25天降解率均在90%以上。两年两地的最终残留试验表明:在同等剂量情况下,山东的残留量高于云南,说明来福灵的消解与土质、气温、降雨量及植株长势有一定影响
This article provides a simple and rapid method for the determination of Raffling in tobacco. The samples were extracted with acetone and petroleum ether and extracted with petroleum ether.
