目的研究齿科器材电子快速消毒器的机器性能和物体表面消毒效果。方法采用仪器法和载体定量杀菌试验法,对该快速消毒器的性能及杀菌效果进行了检测。结果该消毒器内置高臭氧紫外线灯,自动运行消毒周期为1 h,消毒器内平均臭氧浓度为409 mg/m3,平均紫外线照射强度为201μW/cm2,平均温度65℃。经作用1个周期,对玻片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌和枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢平均杀灭对数值均>3.00。结论齿科器材电子快速消毒器利用紫外线和臭氧共同作用1 h,可有效杀灭玻片表面细菌繁殖体、真菌和细菌芽孢,达到消毒要求。
Objective To study the mechanical properties of electronic rapid sterilizers and the disinfection effect on the surface of dental instruments. Methods The instrument method and carrier quantitative bactericidal test were used to test the performance and sterilizing effect of the rapid sterilizer. Results The sterilizer was equipped with high ozone UV lamp. The disinfection cycle was 1 h, the average ozone concentration in the sterilizer was 409 mg / m3, the average UV intensity was 201 μW / cm2 and the average temperature was 65 ℃. The average kill logarithm of spores of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and B. subtilis on the slide was> 3.00 after one cycle of treatment. Conclusion The electronic rapid sterilizer of dental equipment cooperates with ozone and ozone for 1 h, which can effectively kill the bacterial propagules, fungi and bacterial spores on the glass slide and achieve the disinfection requirements.
