目的:研究乳腺导管原位癌及微浸润的磁共振成像(MRI)影像学表现,为临床诊断提供依据。方法:回顾性分析2010年1月-2014年1月我院肿瘤内科手术确诊的乳腺导管原位癌及微浸润28例患者为研究对象。统计患者术前MRI检测结果。结果:9例肿块样强化(4例内部强化不均匀、5例边缘强化。T1W1均表现为低信号,T2W1均表现为微高信号;4例TIC曲线轮廓清晰型,5例TIC曲线轮廓平台型)。19例非肿块样强化(19例非肿块样强化中,肿块内部卵石样合并簇状环状强化13例;13例T2W2为微高信号与高信号混合信号;5例TIC曲线轮廓流出型,14例TIC曲线轮廓平台型)。结论:应用MRI影像学检查,可发现细微的钙化,综合临床查体和影像学检查结果能够确诊乳腺导管原位癌及微浸润。
Objective: To study the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) imaging of ductal carcinoma in situ and microinvasion of breast duct, and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 28 patients with ductal carcinoma and microinvasive ductal carcinoma confirmed by oncology in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2014 was retrospectively analyzed. Statistics patients preoperative MRI test results. Results: Tissue enhancement was found in 9 cases (4 cases of internal enhancement unevenness and 5 cases of edge enhancement), T1W1 showed low signal and T2W1 showed hyper-high signal, 4 cases of TIC curve outline and 5 cases of TIC curve platform ). 19 cases of non-mass-like enhancement (19 cases of non-mass-like enhancement, the mass within the pebble-like cluster of ring-like enhancement in 13 cases; 13 cases of T2W2 micro-high signal and mixed signal; 5 cases of TIC curve outflow-type 14 Example TIC curve profile platform type). Conclusion: The application of MRI imaging can be found subtle calcification, comprehensive clinical examination and imaging findings can confirm ductal carcinoma in situ and microinvasion.
