根据混凝土结构裂缝产生的原因,结合具体工程介绍钢筋混凝土水池无缝设计方法。实例设计中采用补偿收缩混凝土,避免施工阶段干缩裂缝的产生;采用后浇带,解决施工阶段水化热等效温差产生的裂缝,实现混凝土浇筑成型时不出现裂缝;采用滑动层释放季节性温差产生的应力,避免结构长期使用阶段裂缝。充分发挥膨胀剂、后浇带和滑动层各自优势,使混凝土水池的整体性、抗震性、抗渗性和耐久性得到提高。
According to the causes of concrete structure cracks, combined with specific projects introduced seamless steel reinforced concrete pool design. In the example design, the shrinkage-compensated concrete is used to avoid the generation of shrinkage cracks in the construction stage. The post-pouring belt is used to solve the cracks caused by the equivalent temperature difference of hydration heat in the construction stage so as to prevent the occurrence of cracks in the concrete pouring.
