为了实现Voith Maxima机车柴油机燃油控制的精确调节,IAV公司开发了一种物理硬件在环仿真系统(HiL)。该系统的参数化主要以易于获得的结构设计数据为基础。借助HiL仿真系统,在制造出样机之前,在试验室里即可确定柴油机的电子控制单元的软件功能参数,并可对其进行验证。因此,在早期即获得了柴油机燃油调节器的应用,而在其后的试运行期间仅需作进一步的优化。这使得减少了大量费钱、费力的道路试验。展望未来,一种采用优化算法以自动确定柴油机燃油调节器参数的改进型HiL仿真系统将可以进一步降低应用开发成本。
In order to fine-tune the fuel control of the Voith Maxima locomotive diesel engine, IAV has developed a physical hardware-in-the-loop simulation system (HiL). The parametrization of the system is based primarily on structural data that is readily available. With the HiL simulation system, the software functional parameters of the electronic control unit of the diesel engine can be determined and verified in the laboratory before the prototype is manufactured. As a result, the application of diesel fuel regulators was obtained early on, and only further optimization was required during the subsequent commissioning. This reduces the amount of costly and laborious road tests. Going forward, an improved HiL simulation system that uses optimization algorithms to automatically determine diesel fuel regulator parameters will further reduce application development costs.
