中枢神经系统的结核是一种常见病,但是结核性脑膜炎合并蛛网膜下腔出血并不多见,而同时合并有脑脊髓结核又属于出血型更为少见。现报告两例如下:例1,女,43岁,住院号155852,因头痛、低热37天伴尿潴留30天于1981年8月7日住院。入院检查:慢性消瘦病容,心肺肝脾等内科检查(-),双下肢肌力3°,双侧巴氏征(+),颈硬,克氏征(+)。住院当中发现自Th_(7-8)水平以下深浅感觉减退,胸片(-),胸椎片(-),多次查痰找抗酸杆菌(-),血沉23mm/h,EEG普遍中度不正常。先后共做6次腰穿,前3次脊液为淡黄或血性,白细胞38～490个/mm~3,淋巴球占81～91%, Central nervous system tuberculosis is a common disease, but tuberculous meningitis with subarachnoid hemorrhage is rare, but at the same time merged with cerebrospinal tuberculosis and bleeding are more rare.
