目的:通过甘露消毒丹对温病湿热证模型大鼠粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF),一氧化氮(NO)含量影响的研究,初步探讨甘露消毒丹对温病湿热证的治疗机理。方法:采用吴仕九之法复制温病湿热证动物模型,再给予甘露消毒丹治疗,测定各组间量化指标,并比较组间差异。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠体内G-CSF水平显著升高,NO水平显著降低,而经治疗后,治疗组人鼠各项指标均降至正常,与正常组无显著性差异。结论:甘露消毒丹能显著降低温病湿热证模型大鼠机体内G-CSF的含量和升高体内NO的含量,使其恢复至正常水平。
Objective: To study the effect of Ganlu Disinfectant on the concentration of G-CSF and NO in warm-damp-heat syndrome rats, and to explore the therapeutic mechanism of Ganlu Disinfectant on damp-heat syndrome of warm-dampness syndrome. Methods: Wushi nine method was used to copy the animal model of damp-heat syndrome of warm-dampness, and then treated with nectar-disinfecting dan. The quantitative indexes of each group were determined and the differences among groups were compared. Results: Compared with the normal group, the level of G-CSF in the model group was significantly increased and the level of NO was significantly decreased. After treatment, the indexes in the treated group were all reduced to normal, with no significant difference compared with the normal group . Conclusion: Ganlu Disin Dan can significantly reduce the body temperature and damp-heat syndrome in rats G-CSF content and increase the body’s content of NO, so that it returned to normal levels.
