近日,重油悬浮床加氢工艺第二阶段工业化试验取得圆满成功,已经具备工业化推广条件,试验的成功使得几十年来被称为“愁油”的劣质稠油不再令人发愁。专家认为,该技术的重大突破为解决我国近亿吨劣质稠油的加工利用开辟了新途径,具有十分显著的社会效益和经济效益。 2006年10月至11月期间,重油悬浮床加氢技术在中国石油抚顺石化分公司石油三厂进行了第二阶段工业化试验。结果表明,在中等苛刻度下,克拉玛依常压渣油经加工后,轻质油收率接近60%,并且反应器内没有任何结焦,这表明该工艺的最主要难点——高转化率下反应器结焦问题取得重大突破!此外,在整个工业运转过程中,试验装置各主要系统的操作状态十分平稳,试验取得了全套标定数据,取得圆满成功。
