政府信息公开是依法治国、建设社会主义法治国家的需要。随着经济全球化和信息化的影响,政府信息公开已成为政府的责任和义务。虽然我国有专门的《政府信息公开条例》,但该条例在实施的过程中暴露了许多问题。本文通过对政府信息公开范围的探讨,分析政府信息公开在实践中存在的问题,从而提出了一些完善建议。 Open government information is the need to rule the country by law and to build a socialist country ruled by law. With the influence of economic globalization and informationization, the government information disclosure has become the government’s responsibility and obligation. Although China has a special “Regulations on the Disclosure of Government Information,” the Ordinance exposed many problems during its implementation. Through the discussion of the scope of government information disclosure, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the practice of government information disclosure and puts forward some suggestions.
