2008年4月25日,是一个普通的日子。但对正在建设中的广西石化炼油项目而言,却是非同寻常的一天。因为这一天,工地第一个工业项目—制冷站中交。这是广西石化炼油工程中第一个中交的项目,它标志着“1211”目标即将成为现实,向世人闪烁出广西石化的第一屡胜利的曙光。
