对镍铝合金的位错与层错结构及其运动规律,进行了电子衍衬观察.主要结果如下:1.固溶处理不同淬火速度对缺陷组态有重大影响,在大的淬火速度下,观察到空位作三维聚集形成的有特征形貌的宏观孔洞.2.固溶处理加形变,普遍观察到位错塞积现象,存在着一个出现塞积群的临界形变量.提出了一个定义塞积位错列密度的新概念,用它来讨论材料的强度问题较为合理.3.讨论了形变试样的某些位错反应,对扩展位错的运动规律进行了动态观察.
The dislocations, stacking faults and their movement of Ni-Al alloy were observed by electron diffraction.The main results are as follows: 1. Different quenching rates of solution treatment have a significant influence on defect configuration. Under the condition of large quenching speed, Observed macroscopic holes with characteristic topography formed by three-dimensional aggregation of vacancies.2.Under the condition of solution treatment and deformation, the phenomenon of dislocation plugging is generally observed, and there exists a critical deformation amount of plugging group. The new concept of dislocation density is used to discuss the problem of material strength is more reasonable.3.The dislocation reactions of deformed specimens are discussed and the dynamic movement of extended dislocation is observed.
