以节能为中心的加热炉技术改造是一件非常重要的工作,在这方面我们已经取得了明显的效果。1978年全厂加热炉平均热效率仅66%,1979年通过加强管理,热效率提高到75%,以后进行多种技术改造,全厂热效率逐年递增,1984年达到了85.43%(见图1)。拿1984年和1978年相比,每年可节约63000吨标准煤,这主要是靠对旧炉子进行改造和加强管理取得的。全厂共27台加热炉,采用了国内的各种先进技术。铂重整装置的7台炉子配置了废热锅炉,常减压和焦化装置配置了4台热油式空气预热器,热裂
Energy-saving furnace technology transformation is a very important task, in this regard we have achieved remarkable results. In 1978, the average thermal efficiency of the entire furnace was only 66%. In 1979, through intensified management, the thermal efficiency was increased to 75%. Various technological improvements were made in the future. The thermal efficiency of the whole plant increased year by year, reaching 85.43% in 1984 (see Figure 1). Compared with 1978, the annual savings of 63,000 tons of standard coal in 1984 are mainly achieved through the renovation and management of old stoves.
