中小衔接是指小学和初中两个相邻教育阶段之间在教育上的互相连接。小学升入中学后学生生活发生明显变化,不但学习任务和特点有了很大变化,教学及管理也有了很大的不同。在中小衔接的过程中出现了不少问题,本文阐述了中小衔接中存在的问题及产生的原因,并提出了相应的对策,希望能对当前的中小衔接问题有所帮助。 Small and medium connections refer to the educational interconnection between two adjacent stages of education in primary and secondary schools. After primary school into secondary school, there has been a noticeable change in student life. Not only learning tasks and characteristics have greatly changed, but teaching and management have also been greatly different. There are many problems in the process of small and medium cohesion. This article elaborates the problems existing in small and medium cohesion and their causes, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in the hope of being helpful to the current small and medium cohesion problems.
