应用RD、Hep-2、L20B细胞对64株已知病毒和73份粪便标本悬液进行脊髓灰质炎病毒(PV)分离鉴定及效价滴定.实验结果证明,L20B细胞具有很好的特异性,用该细胞检测已知病毒标本,PV检出率达100%;检测粪便标本悬液PV检出率可达13.70%,均高于RD、Hep-2细胞的检出率,而对其它肠道病毒均不增殖.用RD、L20B进行病毒分离优于RD、Hep-2,用前者PV检出率可提高4.11%.从29株病毒效价滴定结果分析,三种细胞对病毒的敏感度依次为RD>L20B>Hep-2.
The RD, Hep-2 and L20B cells were used to isolate, identify and titrate the poliovirus (PV) of 64 known viruses and 73 stool specimens. The results showed that L20B cells had good specificity. The detection rate of PV was 100% for the known virus samples. The detection rate of PV in detecting stool samples was 13.70%, higher than that of RD, Hep -2 cell detection rate, and no other enterovirus proliferation. With RD, L20B virus isolation is superior to RD, Hep-2, with the former PV detection rate can be increased 4.11%. From 29 strains of virus titer analysis, the sensitivity of the three kinds of cells to virus was RD> L20B> Hep-2.
