In 21 st century,the Chinese Criminal Procedure Jurisprudence(C.C.P.J.) advocating the rule by procedural law will become prosperous and may exert profound influence on the criminal procedural legislation and the criminal judicial operations.Researches on fundamental theories such as the objectives,values,functions,structures,subjects,and relationships of criminal procedure should be reinforced and a variety of research methods should be applied.
In 21 st century, the Chinese Criminal Procedure Jurisprudence (CCPJ) advocating the rule by procedural law will become prosperous and may exert profound influence on the criminal procedural legislation and the criminal judicial operations. Researches on fundamental theories such as the objectives, values, functions , structures, subjects, and relationships of criminal procedure should be reinforced and a variety of research methods should be applied.
