建立了测定葡萄酒中总亚硫酸盐的高效液相色谱方法。N -(9-吖啶基)马来酰亚胺与样品中亚硫酸盐反应生成一种较强的荧光络合物,利用荧光检测器进行检测。方法具有样品用量少、操作简便、灵敏度高等特点,回收率为98.0% ~103.0% ,相对标准偏差小于4.6% 。
A high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of total sulfite in wine was established. N - (9 - acridinyl) maleimide reacts with sulfite in the sample to form a stronger fluorescent complex, which is detected by fluorescence detector. The method has the advantages of less sample amount, simple operation and high sensitivity. The recovery rate is 98.0% ~ 103.0%, and the relative standard deviation is less than 4.6%.
