在井下煤巷选取顶帮锚杆,分别在有无减摩垫圈等条件下,对锚杆螺母施加预紧扭矩,采用刚体应变式测力计,实测不同扭矩时杆体受力。试验结果表明,减摩垫圈能提高顶锚杆预应力44%,提高帮锚杆预应力41%。
In the underground coal seam roadway, select the top-supported anchor rod, pre-tighten the torsion moment to the anchor nut under the condition of the friction-reducing washer or not, adopt the rigid-body strain gauge dynamometer to measure the force of the rod body under different torque. The experimental results show that the friction reducing washer can increase the prestress of roof anchor by 44% and enhance the prestress of anchor rod by 41%.
