目的:加强采供血链的过程管理,提高血液质量、保障血液安全和献血服务。方法:找出工业生产链和采供血链的相同点,借鉴工业化的过程管理理念,系统识别整个采供血链的过程,确定过程的关键控制活动和有效控制过程的准则与方法,对过程实施有效的监视、测量和控制。结果:通过有效的过程管理,预防了采供血链过程中差错的发生,消除安全质量隐患,使采供血全过程处于受控状态。结论:建立健全血站质量体系,有效实施过程管理,使组织结构内的每个活动过程间相互协调、和谐、兼容,确保血液和血液成分与服务质量。
Objective: To strengthen the process management of blood collection and supply chain, improve blood quality and ensure blood safety and blood donation services.
