目的 探讨应用核仁组成区嗜银蛋白 ( Ag NOR)染色对非霍奇金淋巴瘤恶性度的分级及与良性淋巴结病变鉴别的意义。方法 应用 Ag NOR染色技术检测良性淋巴结病 15例 ,非霍奇金淋巴瘤 ( NHL) 66例。结果 Ag NOR计数均值 ( x)和标准差 ( s)分别为 :良性淋巴结病 1.85±0 .50 ,低度恶性 NHL 2 .50± 0 .78,中度 NHL 3.95± 2 .0 7,高度 NHL 5.4 7± 2 .4 2 ,T细胞 NHL4 .2 7± 2 .62 ,B细胞 NHL 4 .4 0± 2 .4 2。 Ag NOR均数良性淋巴结病与低度 NHL间无显著性差异( P>0 .0 5) ,但与中度和高度 NHL间均有非常显著性差异 ( P均 <0 .0 0 1) ;低度 NHL、中度 NHL及高度 NHL相互间均有显著性差异 ( P均 <0 .0 5) ;T细胞 NHL与 B细胞 NHL间无显著性差异( P>0 .0 5)。结论 本研究说明 Ag NOR检测对区分 NHL 恶性度 ,良性淋巴结病与中度和高度NHL鉴别是一项有意义的参考指标
Objective To investigate the classification of malignant non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) and its significance in differential diagnosis of benign lymph node using Ag NOR staining. Methods Ag NOR staining was used to detect 15 cases of benign lymphadenopathy and 66 cases of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). Results Ag NOR count mean (x) and standard deviation (s) were: benign lymphadenopathy 1.85 ± 0.50, low grade NHL 2.50 ± 0.78, moderate NHL 3.95 ± 2 .0 7, height NHL 5.47 ± 2.42, T cell NHL4.27 ± 2.62, B cell NHL4.4 ± 2 .42. There was no significant difference between Ag NOR mean lymph node disease and low NHL (P> 0.05), but there was a significant difference between moderate and high NHL (P <0.01). Low NHL, moderate NHL and high NHL were significantly different from each other (P <0.05). No significant difference was found between NHL of NHL and NHL of B cells (P> 0.05). Conclusions This study demonstrates that the Ag NOR test is a meaningful reference for distinguishing between NHL malignancy, benign lymphadenopathy and moderate and high NHL
