利用流体计算软件ANSYS-CFX,采用基于三维不可压缩流体的N-S方程和标准κ-ε湍流模型对带有单圆弧空间导叶的斜流泵进行了数值模拟,通过分析其整体静压分布、速度分布及三个典型工况下叶轮叶片的静压分布、吸力面的速度分布、导叶片压力及速度分布等,揭示了其内部流场的主要特征,预测了泵的水力性能。对比了模拟结果与试验结果,验证了数值模拟的可靠性,说明带单圆弧空间导叶的斜流泵在一定流量范围内能满足工程实际的需要,且在加工制造方面优于扭曲的空间导叶。
Using the fluid calculation software ANSYS-CFX, the NS equations based on the three-dimensional incompressible fluid and the standard κ-ε turbulence model were used to simulate the diagonal flow pump with single circular arc guide vane. Through analyzing the overall static pressure distribution, Velocity distribution and the static pressure distribution of impeller blades, the velocity distribution of suction surface, the pressure and velocity distribution of guide vanes under three typical working conditions, reveal the main characteristics of the internal flow field and predict the hydraulic performance of the pump. The simulation results and experimental results are compared to verify the reliability of the numerical simulation. It is shown that the diagonal flow pump with single circular arc guide vane can meet the actual engineering requirements within a certain flow range, and is superior to the distorted space in the manufacturing process Vane.
