糖尿病肾脏疾病是糖尿病最严重的并发症之一,是导致终末期肾病的主要病因之一。现有糖尿病肾病治疗药物较单一,疗效不尽人意,亟需基于其发病机制的崭新治疗方法来延缓疾病进展乃至改善病情,因此本文综述糖尿病肾病治疗的研究进展。 Diabetic kidney disease is one of the most serious complications of diabetes and is one of the leading causes of end-stage renal disease. The existing treatment of diabetic nephropathy single, curative effect is less than satisfactory, the urgent need of a new treatment based on its pathogenesis to delay the progress of the disease and even improve the condition, so this article reviews the progress of the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
