笔者以“4.28”胶济铁路重特大交通安全事故为研究对象,采用量化的内容分析法,依据《人民日报》、《中国青年报》、《扬子晚报》三份报纸的报道内容,分析媒体所建构的政府的危机传播策略。研究后得出:政府针对“4.28”胶济铁路交通安全事故运用的危机传播策略比较适宜,但政府在危机中与公众的沟通并不畅通。
Based on the content of the “4.28 ” Jiaoji Railway Heavy Traffic Accident, the author uses quantitative content analysis method, based on the coverage of the articles of “People’s Daily”, “China Youth Daily” and “Yangzi Evening News” Government’s Crisis Communication Strategy Constructed by the Media. After the study, it is concluded that the government is more suitable for the crisis communication strategy of “4.28 ” Jiaoji Railway traffic accident, but the government’s communication with the public is not smooth during the crisis.
