推行职业学校课程改革能够加快技术应用型人才的培养,对于我国劳动力素质的提升以及社会高素质应用型人才的短缺状况的缓解起着至关重要的作用。而课堂教学中教师角色的转变是职业学校教学改革的必然要求。然而目前我国的职业学校教师队伍由于种种原因存在着“导演”角色难以适应的问题,极大地阻碍了我国教学改革的步伐。从对职业教育教师队伍现状的分析着手,提出了系统的“导演”型教学建议,旨在提升我国职业教育人才培养能力。
Carrying out the curriculum reform in vocational schools can speed up the cultivation of skilled personnel, which plays a crucial role in improving the quality of our workforce and in alleviating the shortage of high-quality applied talents in our society. However, the change of teachers’ role in classroom teaching is a necessary requirement of vocational school teaching reform. However, for a variety of reasons, there are some problems in our country’s vocational school teachers, which make it difficult to adapt the role of “director”, which greatly hinders the pace of our country’s teaching reform. Starting from the analysis of the status quo of teachers in vocational education, this paper puts forward systematic “director ” teaching suggestions aimed at enhancing the ability of personnel training in vocational education.
