目的对比分析新生儿颅内出血在磁敏感加权成像(SWI)与常规磁共振成像(MRI)的影像表现,探讨SWI在评价新生儿颅内出血的临床应用价值。方法本研究收集2009年12月至2011年8月中国医科大学附属盛京医院临床拟诊的新生儿颅内出血40例,行3.0 T头MRI及SWI检查,确诊的29例患儿入组。分析患儿MRI表现,比较SWI与常规MRI显示新生儿颅内出血的敏感性。结果 SWI共检出29例新生儿颅内出血,MRI常规序列仅检出其中的21例,在脑微量出血16例中SWI发现65个病灶,常规MRI序列发现43个病灶。结论 SWI对于新生儿颅内出血诊断及脑微出血病灶的显示与常规MRI成像扫描序列相比,具有很高的敏感性。
Objective To compare the imaging manifestations of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage with magnetic resonance weighted imaging (SWI) and conventional magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), and to explore the clinical value of SWI in evaluating neonatal intracranial hemorrhage. Methods This study collected 40 cases of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage in clinically clinically diagnosed clinics of China Medical University from December 2009 to August 2011. 3.0 T-head MRI and SWI examination were performed. Twenty-nine children were included in the study. The MRI findings of children were analyzed. The sensitivity of SWI and conventional MRI in detecting neonatal intracranial hemorrhage was compared. Results Thirty-nine neonates with intracranial hemorrhage were detected in SWI. Twenty-one cases were detected by conventional MRI sequence. Sixteen cases were detected by SWI in 65 cases, and 43 cases were found by conventional MRI. Conclusion The diagnosis of intracranial hemorrhage in neonates with intracranial hemorrhage and the appearance of cerebral micro-hemorrhagic lesions in SWI are highly sensitive compared with conventional MRI scan sequences.
