目的了解北京市西城区2所中学学生食品安全相关知识、态度、行为,为开展学校食品安全教育提供依据。方法采用方便抽样的方法抽取西城区2所中学学生1862人,填写食品安全知识、态度、行为调查问卷进行调查。结果食品安全知识的知晓率不高,初、高中年级存在统计学差异(χ2=78.597,P<0.01)。62.6%的学生关注食品安全问题,69.3%的学生认为目前食品安全现状比较不安全或不安全。发生食品安全事件后,67.3%的学生更相信政府公告的说法。结论西城区2所中学学生的食品安全知识知晓率较低,主要是对食品安全法律法规、政府行政管理措施、消费者个人权益等内容缺乏了解。学生具有良好的食品安全行为习惯,对食品安全问题有一定的关注度,对我国食品安全现状主要持负性评价。需要加强学校食品安全教育,进行正确的引导。
Objective To understand the knowledge, attitudes and behaviors of food safety among 2 middle school students in Xicheng District, Beijing, and to provide basis for developing school food safety education. Methods A total of 1862 middle school students in Xicheng District were recruited by means of a convenient sampling method. Fill out the food safety knowledge, attitude and behavior questionnaire to investigate. Results The awareness rate of food safety knowledge was not high, and there was a significant difference in the grades of junior and senior high school students (χ2 = 78.597, P <0.01). 62.6% of the students concerned about food safety, 69.3% of students think the current status of food safety is relatively unsafe or unsafe. After the food safety incident, 67.3% of students believe in the government announcement. Conclusion The awareness rate of food safety knowledge among two middle school students in Xicheng District is low, mainly due to the lack of understanding of food safety laws and regulations, government administrative measures and the individual rights and interests of consumers. Students have good habits of food safety behavior, have a certain degree of attention on food safety issues, the negative impact on China’s food safety status. Need to strengthen school food safety education, to guide the correct.
