我院 1996年 12月至 1998年 12月收治初发Ⅱ型糖尿病 (ＮＩＤＤＭ ) (按ＷＨＯ诊断标准 ) 35例 ,男性 19例 ,女性 16例 ,年龄 45～ 6 5岁 ,病程均 6个月 ,无明显心肝肾疾病 ,其中合并缺血性脑血管病 19例 ,未合并缺血性脑血管病 16例。测定空腹血糖 (ＦＢＧ)及口服 76ｇ葡萄糖
