本文从热疲劳角度研究钢锭模的破坏。通过模型试验模拟了钢锭模的热疲劳破坏,提出了改善热疲劳性能的改进模型,用有限单元法分析了实际钢锭模和改进型钢锭模在铸钢—水浴过程中的热应力变化,说明了热疲劳破坏的机制及改进型钢锭模的有效性。
In this paper, from the thermal fatigue point of view of the destruction of ingot mold. The thermal fatigue failure of ingot mold was simulated by model test. An improved model to improve the thermal fatigue performance was proposed. The thermal stress change of the actual ingot mold and the improved ingot mold during the cast steel-water bath process was analyzed by the finite element method. Thermal fatigue failure mechanism and the effectiveness of improved ingot mold.
