从我们的先生们及先生们的先生们开始,就一直沿用前苏联“填鸭式”教学模式教育后人,如今我们仍采用此种模式继续教育我们的学生.但长时间的实践业已表明,这古老的教学模式渐呈颓势.因此,教学改革势在必行.多年来,由于工作需要,我在中文系共开设过四门课程《文学概论》、《现代文学》、《当代文艺思潮》及《台港文学》.所授课程在教学评估中均评为校、系一级课教学.多年来,教学改革的探研和学生能力的培养提高一直是我教学研究的方向,并取得了一定的成效.1994年,我的“文学概论课形象直观教学法及学生赏评能力培养研究”被黑龙江省教委确立为科研课题.现将多年的教改探索及效果做一个简单小结.

Now I will make a brief summary of years of teaching reform and its effects.
