应用高效液相色谱法,测定了7种不同方法炮制的厚朴中厚朴酚的含量。用Novapak C_(18)柱,以甲醇—水(7:3)为流动相,流速:1.0ml/min检测波长:254nm,采用标准加入法进行测定。方法准确、灵敏、快速,为考察厚朴的质量和炮制工艺的筛选提供了一定的依据。
Using high performance liquid chromatography, the content of magnolol magnolol produced by seven different methods was determined. A Novapak C18 column was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water (7:3) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and a detection wavelength of 254 nm. The standard addition method was used for the determination. The method is accurate, sensitive and rapid. It provides a certain basis for the inspection of the quality of Magnolia officinalis and the selection of processing technology.
