张家港双子楼酒店式公寓塔楼建筑高度为303m,结构采用型钢混凝土框架+钢筋混凝土核心筒+Y向伸臂桁架混合结构体系,为超B级高度的超限高层。主要介绍了工程上部结构设计,包括小震作用下的弹性分析,外框柱承担的剪力调整,风洞试验结果与规范风荷载取值的比较,“有限刚度”加强层设计等,最后对特殊的异形角柱、穿层柱设计进行了较为详细的介绍。
