目的检测某火力发电厂职业病危害因素,提出职业病防治目标,探讨防治对策。方法选择某火力发电厂进行职业病危害因素调查并对职业病危害因素进行检测。结果检测25个粉尘作业点,68%的短时间接触浓度(CSTEL)符合国家卫生标准要求,13个岗位的平均加权浓度(CTWA)中62%达到国家卫生标准要求;检测52个噪声作业点,合格率77%;10种有毒物质的测试结果全部符合国家标准要求。结论该项目主要的职业病危害因素均可得到有效控制。从职业卫生角度分析,该建设项目是可行的。
Objective To detect the occupational hazards of a thermal power plant, put forward the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases and discuss the prevention and control measures. Methods Select a thermal power plant for investigation of occupational hazards and detection of occupational hazards. Results Twenty-five dust operations were detected. 68% of the short-term exposure concentrations (CSTELs) were in compliance with national health standards. 62% of the average CTWAs in 13 stations met the national health standards. Pass rate of 77%; 10 kinds of toxic substances test results all meet the national standards. Conclusion The main occupational hazards of the project can be effectively controlled. From the perspective of occupational health, the construction project is feasible.
