武汉市的《国民经济和社会发展“九五”计划和2010年规划纲要》搞得很不错,有三个显著特点:(1)有远见,开放性。不是就本地区论本地区,就事论事,而是力图从世界经济、全国经济的发展,武汉市自己的应有功能来谋划武汉经济的发展。武汉的发展战略立足于二个铁三角(上海——武汉——广州(香港),北京——武汉——上海)有新意;我们在研究上海发展战略时,认为:在中国,国际化城市不止一个,武汉确定在“中部崛起”是
The “Ninth Five-Year Plan” and the 2010 Plan for National Economic and Social Development in Wuhan have done a very good job with three salient features: (1) farsightedness and openness. Instead of discussing the present situation in this region and taking matters as their own matters, they try to plan the economic development of Wuhan from the perspective of the development of the world economy and the national economy as well as their own proper functions in Wuhan. Wuhan’s development strategy is based on new ideas in the two Iron Triangle (Shanghai - Wuhan - Guangzhou (Hong Kong), Beijing - Wuhan - Shanghai); when we are studying Shanghai’s development strategy, we think that in China, there are more international cities One, Wuhan is set to “Rise in Central China”
