为防止入群感染血吸虫病,根据血吸虫尾蚴大量聚集水体表面的生态特点,研制氯硝柳胺漂浮灭蚴新剂型。方法:以氯硝柳胺为原药,蔗渣纤维作载体,在纤维制板工艺基础上,调整配方,加入药物和助浮剂,改造工艺制成。结果:制成的药物纤维板可在水面漂浮3个月不崩解,药物缓慢释放,灭蚴有效时间可持续30d以上。结论;新剂型长效漂浮灭蚴,可提供过一步现场评价。
In order to prevent the infection of schistosomiasis, according to a large number of schistosome cercariae gathered on the surface of the ecological characteristics of water body, the development of niclosamide floating larvae of new forms. Methods: Taking niclosamide as original drug and bagasse fiber as carrier, based on the technology of fiber plate making, the formula was adjusted, the medicine and the auxiliary agent were added, and the transformation process was made. Results: The drug-made fiberboard could float on the surface of water for three months without disintegration, the drug was slowly released, and the effective time for the elimination of larvae could be sustained for more than 30 days. Conclusion; new formulations of long-term floating maggots can provide a one-step on-site evaluation.
