目的研究恰玛古多糖的抗氧化能力和片剂制备的加工工艺。方法使用水提醇沉法提取恰玛古粗多糖,并用Savege法除蛋白,活性炭脱色精制多糖。用提取的恰玛古多糖进行2组抗氧化实验,并使用单因素法筛选制备恰玛古多糖片剂所需的粘合剂、填充剂、崩解剂和润滑剂来确定最佳成型工艺。结果恰玛古多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性;80%乙醇做粘合剂、乳糖作为填充剂、5%用量的CMS-Na作为崩解剂和硬脂酸镁作为润滑剂为恰玛古多糖片剂的最佳成型工艺。结论恰玛古多糖具有较好的抗氧化活性,将多糖制成片剂为进一步利用这一传统维吾尔药食两用药物、开发天然的免疫调节剂奠定基础。
Objective To study the anti-oxidative ability of Qiama ancient polysaccharide and processing technology of tablet preparation. Methods Qiama ancient crude polysaccharides were extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation, and protein was removed by Savege method. Two groups of anti-oxidant experiments were conducted on the extracted catechin polysaccharides and the best forming process was determined by single factor screening of the binders, fillers, disintegrating agents and lubricants needed for the preparation of the chitosan anticoagulant tablets. Results Chitosan had good antioxidant activity. 80% ethanol as binder, lactose as filler, 5% CMS-Na as disintegrating agent and magnesium stearate as lubricant were chitosan The best molding process for tablets. Conclusion Qiama ancient polysaccharides have good antioxidant activity, the polysaccharide made of tablets for further use of this traditional Uygur edible and dual-use drugs, the development of natural immune modulator lay the foundation.
