本文选取内科呼吸组住院病例10例,治疗量氧哌嗪青霉素4g静脉滴毕后用微量微生物法测定血药浓度,按双室模型计算结果。平均Cmax值为151.51±37.99μg/ml,T_(1/2)a为0.38±0.19h,T_(1/2)α。值为0.67±0.04h较文献报道1h短,给药后8h血药浓度趋于零。其它药动学参数Vc,Cl,AUC,Ke等值与文献报道相一致。本品4g/d分2次静滴治疗肺炎克雷白杆菌,变形,绿脓杆菌及伴厌氧菌致呼吸系统感染有效率达78%,副反应有胃肠反应及皮疹等。
