为了提高有机化合物磺化反应的深度 ,考察了采用普通硫酸作为磺化试剂的带水磺化反应 ,并分析了影响该反应的因素 .结果表明 ,溶剂的选用与原料中的芳环化合物含量直接影响着反应的深度 ;带水磺化与普通磺化相比 ,磺酸盐产率提高了 ,其理化性能均在指标范围内 ;用带水磺化制得质量分数为 0 .0 8%的缓蚀剂 ,在质量分数为 0 .1%的HCl介质中 ,缓蚀率可达 79.89% .因此 ,用该方法制备磺化产品或清除油品中的芳烃都是可行的 .
