病案导入教学在儿科护理学教学中的应用与思考

目的:研究病案导入在儿科护理学教学中的应用。方法:对2013级大专护理班60名学生进行随机分组,分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用病案导入教学,对照组采用讲授式教学,通过理论考试、病例分析、情景模拟、问卷调查等方式检查病案导入教学模式是否适合儿科护理学。结果:实验组学生卷面考试成绩、护理病历分析成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生问卷调查满意率高于对照组问卷调查满意率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:病案导入教学应用于儿科护理学的教学可以提高教学的能动性,培养学生的临床思维能力,并能提高学生的解决问题的能力。 Objective: To study the application of medical record introduction in pediatric nursing teaching. Methods: Sixty-six college nursing students in 2013 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was guided by medical records, the control group was taught by theory, the theoretical examination, case analysis, scenario simulation, questionnaire and so on Way to check the medical record into the teaching model is suitable for pediatric nursing. Results: The test results of roll noodles and nursing records of experimental group were higher than those of control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of students in experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: Teaching medical record into teaching of pediatric nursing can improve teaching initiative, cultivate students ’ability of clinical thinking and improve students’ ability to solve problems.
