霍山石斛嫩枝茎尖在体外繁殖成枝条并成功地生根,我们用作繁殖的培养基是Kundsan培养基附加BA和NAA,生根培养基是MS附加NAA,IBA和BA,带2~3个叶片的新枝在2个月内形成,22天内体外生根。 The root tips of Dendrobium huoshanense shoots propagated into shoots and successfully rooted in vitro. The medium we used for propagation was Kundsan medium supplemented with BA and NAA. The rooting medium was MS supplemented with NAA, IBA and BA with 2-3 leaves The new branches formed in 2 months, rooted in vitro within 22 days.
