随着生活水平的不断提高,各类慢性病不断威胁人类,严重阻碍人类健康生活,慢性病的防控也给卫生行政部门带来挑战。建立健全个人电子健康档案,通过科学有效的地构建信息平台,提高人们的健康意识,方便社区卫生服务中心和医疗部门动态掌握慢性病患者病情,为卫生行政部门提供慢性病决策服务,为制定计划,指导各级医疗机构、疾控机构和社区卫生服务中心开展督导提供依据。
