近年来,在全国范围开展了工程建设领域突出问题专项治理工作,这是党中央、国务院着眼于经济社会发展大局,着力解决工程建设领域影响和制约科学发展突出问题做出的重要决策。工程建设领域一直是腐败现象易发多发的重点领域。由于社会经济的高速发展,国家为加强基本建设和改善民生所需,对基础建设财力物力的投入不断加大。与此同时,一些方面的监管工作尚未同步跟进,一些相关的法律法规、制度规章尚未完全建立健全,在建设领域的物资和资金流通环节不可避免地存在着空隙、漏洞等薄弱环节。因此,加强政府投资工程建设领域审计监督
In recent years, the special governance work has been carried out across the country in the field of engineering construction.
