据日本“电波科学”杂志1980年3月号报道,日本松下电器工业公司研制成功世界上最小的收音电视两用机,收音机上装有1.5英寸电视机。机箱高4cm、宽13.5cm、进深16.6cm。电视屏幕高2.2cm、宽2.8cm。整机体积如一本小字典。这种两用机第一次采用了收音机中曾用过的薄形技术和新研制成的超小型元器件,显象管是电视摄象机寻象器和测量仪器中使用的1.5英寸高清晰度显象管;还备有可将图象放大1.7倍的放大镜;收音机可以收听调频/调幅广播。电源供电方式有四种:室内使用交流电;汽车内使用蓄电池;野外和在无市电情况下使用充电
