89例前列腺增生经尿道微波热疗,前列腺腺体内温度达45℃～46℃,70min单次疗程。随访半年以上,81.4％主观症状改善,最大尿流率平均值增加3.8ml/s;残余尿经治疗后平均减少32ml;B超检查左右径平均缩小0.86cm,纵径平均缩小0.75cm。其中7例分别在治疗后1周至9个月行耻骨上经膀胱前列腺摘除,切除之前列腺标本分别行肉眼检查,光镜和电镜组织病理学检查,发现前列腺实质细胞水肿、变性、出血、坏死、肉芽组织增生、纤维化修复等,前列腺组织萎缩,尿道变宽。
89 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia by transurethral microwave hyperthermia, prostatic gland body temperature of 45 ℃ ~ 46 ℃, 70min single course. Prostatic edema, degeneration, hemorrhage, necrosis, Granulation tissue proliferation, fibrosis repair, prostate tissue atrophy, urethral widening.
