为适应市场经济和出版活动的规律,我国出版行业在近几年陆续进行转型。在转型的期间,作为出版行业的人力资源的重要核心和支柱-图书编辑素质的转变是十分迫切的。而具备哪些能力才算得上是胜任能力?怎样评价这些能力标准?这些问题都涉及到胜任能力模型的构建。而对胜任能力模型构建的内容和操作流程的研究又是作者认为最重要的环节之一。由于篇幅的限制,本文先从较系统的角度对胜任能力模型进行了介绍,这些研究成果是在作者及其他研究人员进行大量问卷和访谈活动的基础上进行的初步总结。
In order to adapt to the laws of market economy and publishing activities, the publishing industry in our country has gradually transformed in recent years. During the transition, as a key core and pillar of human resources in the publishing industry, the quality of book editors is very urgent. What competencies do we have to be competent? How to evaluate these competency standards? These questions all relate to the construction of a competency model. The research on the content and operation process of the competency model is one of the most important aspects of the author. Due to the limitation of space, this paper introduces the competency model from a systematic perspective. These findings are based on a preliminary summary of the questionnaires and interviews conducted by the author and other researchers.
