本程序根据AXIL程序的拟合函数用多次迭代的最小二乘法拟合、分解复杂X射线谱,除能计算各元素的特征峰面积和标准差外,还能计算相对灵敏度因子;直接给出待测试样中各元素的含量;给出待测试样的实际检测限;扣除空白试样中各杂质元素的贡献;批量处理能谱100个。该程序用FORTRAN-Ⅳ语言编写,在PDP11/23小型计算机上使用,适用于PIXE、EDXRF分析。
