配电自动化是将现代计算机技术和通信技术应用于配电网设备上进行监视与控制,实现配电网设备半自动或全自动运行。配电自动化是电网现代化的必然趋势,是优化网络结构、简化保护和运行管理程序、提高供电可靠性和电能质量的有效措施,还可以全方位提高整个配电网络技术水平、管理水平。
Distribution automation is the application of modern computer technology and communication technology in the distribution network equipment for monitoring and control, distribution network equipment to achieve semi-automatic or fully automatic operation. Distribution automation is the inevitable trend of power grid modernization. It is an effective measure to optimize network structure, simplify protection and operation management procedures, improve power supply reliability and power quality, and also improve the technical level and management level of the entire distribution network in an all-round way.
