目的研究SOCS3及Eotaxin-2在变态反应性鼻炎(AR)鼻黏膜中的表达及其相互关系和临床意义。方法取20例AR患者(AR组)和15例单纯鼻中隔偏曲患者(对照组)鼻黏膜为研究对象,应用免疫组织化学技术分别检测SOCS3及Eotaxin-2的表达,并分析SOCS3及Eotaxin-2表达的相关性。结果在AR患者鼻黏膜中,SOCS3及Eotaxin-2的表达上调,在鼻黏膜炎性细胞、上皮细胞、腺体细胞、血管内皮细胞均呈显著性表达。SOCS3的平均光密度值为0.2401±0.01463,Eotaxin-2为0.2398±0.01423,与对照组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。AR患者鼻黏膜中SOCS3及Eotaxin-2的表达具有相关性(r(0.951,P<0.01)。结论AR患者SOCS3及Eotaxin-2在鼻黏膜组织中表达增高,且二者呈正相关。
Objective To investigate the expression of SOCS3 and Eotaxin-2 in the nasal mucosa of allergic rhinitis (AR) and their relationship and clinical significance. Methods Nasal mucosa of 20 AR patients (AR group) and 15 patients with nasal septal deviation (control group) were selected as experimental subjects. The expressions of SOCS3 and Eotaxin-2 were detected by immunohistochemistry and the expressions of SOCS3 and Eotaxin-2 Correlation of expression. Results The expressions of SOCS3 and Eotaxin-2 in nasal mucosa of AR patients were up-regulated, and were significantly expressed in inflammatory cells, epithelial cells, glandular cells and vascular endothelial cells in nasal mucosa. The average optical density of SOCS3 was 0.2401 ± 0.01463, and Eotaxin-2 was 0.2398 ± 0.01423, which was significantly different from the control group (all P <0.01). The expression of SOCS3 and Eotaxin-2 in nasal mucosa of patients with AR was correlated (r (0.951, P <0.01) .Conclusion The expressions of SOCS3 and Eotaxin-2 in nasal mucosa of AR patients were significantly increased
