目的:将教师情绪工作问卷应用于幼儿教师人群,通过对其信度和效度的研究。考察其适用性。方法:采用整群抽样方法,以情绪劳动问卷对180名幼儿教师进行施测,分析量表的内部一致性、分半信度,总分与各因子间的相关系数,并进行验证性因素分析。结果:情绪劳动量表的克伦巴赫α系数为0.660;Spearman-Brown分半信度为0.621;总分与各因子的相关系数在0.567-0.764之间;验证性因素分析的指标:χ2/df(1.596),GFI(0.912),AGFI(0.879),CFI(0.877),PNFI(0.533),PGFI(0.662),RMSEA(0.058)。结论:将情教师情绪工作问卷用于幼儿教师群体,具有较好的信度和效度,有一定的适用性。
OBJECTIVE: To apply the teacher’s emotional work questionnaire to preschool teachers and to study its reliability and validity. Examine its applicability. Methods: A total of 180 preschool teachers were enrolled in this study. The internal consistency, semi-confidence, total score and the correlation coefficient between the factors were analyzed by cluster sampling method and the confirmatory factor analysis . Results: The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of emotional labor scale was 0.660; Spearman-Brown’s half reliability was 0.621; the correlation coefficient between total score and each factor was between 0.567 and 0.764; the index of confirmatory factor analysis was χ2 / df (1.596), GFI (0.912), AGFI (0.879), CFI (0.877), PNFI (0.533), PGFI (0.662) and RMSEA (0.058). Conclusion: The questionnaire of Emotional Emotional Work for preschool teachers has good reliability and validity, and has certain applicability.
