组织缺损或畸形往往给患者的生存和生活质量造成严重影响。近年来，生物医用组织修复材料的研发和规模化发展方兴未艾，国内医疗市场也陆续涌现出一批优质的组织修复产品，如同种异体骨修复材料、脱细胞异体真皮、脱细胞神经、肌腱等。但由于受文化习俗、医药监管法规/制度、精细化加工技术等多方面因素制约，我国组织修复材料的研发、监管及规模化程度远落后于欧美国家。结合公开报道的数据和实地考察情况，将美国组织库及组织修复材料的发展近况作简要回顾、总结和讨论，以期为我国组织捐献事业和组织库及组织修复材料的发展模式带来切实有益的探索。“,”Tissue defects or deformities often have a serious impact on the survival and quality of life of patients. In recent years, the research and development and large-scale development of biomedical tissue repair materials have developed rapidly, and a number of high-quality tissue repair products have emerged in the domestic medical market, such as allogeneic bone repair materials, acellular allogeneic dermis, acellular nerves, and tendons. However, due to cultural customs, pharmaceutical regulatory regulations/systems, processing technology (e.g. refined processing technology) and other factors, the research and development, supervision and scale of development in China are far behind European and American countries. In this paper, the recent development of the tissue bank and tissue restoration materials in the United States was summarized and discussed based on the publicly reported data and on-site investigations, with a view to bringing practical and beneficial explorations to the development model of the organization's donation and tissue bank and tissue restoration materials in China.
