企业管理发展要经过经验管理、科学管理和文化管理三个阶段,而企业文化是实现成功管理的关键法宝之一。我国的民营企业大部分正从科学管理向文化管理阶段进升,因此,我国民营企业管理升级的重点将要放到文化管理上来。目前,民营企业尚未形成与设备现代化、管理现代化相适应的企业文化理念和企业文化氛围,民营企业文化管理存在发展风险,所以分析风险因素,化解风险,推进企业文化管理转型已刻不容缓。
The development of enterprise management through experience management, scientific management and cultural management of the three stages, and corporate culture is one of the key to achieving successful management of magic. Most of China’s private enterprises are moving from scientific management to cultural management stage, therefore, the focus of our country’s private enterprise management upgrade will be put on cultural management. At present, private-owned enterprises have not yet formed the concept of corporate culture and corporate culture that is compatible with the modernization of equipment and management modernization. There is a risk of development in the cultural management of private enterprises. Therefore, it is urgent to analyze risk factors, resolve risks and promote the transformation of corporate culture management.
